通过看板、按灯及其它形式将生产零件拉动至SPS配载操作区，操作人员根据系统输出的配料信息，将一台车份的零件配载到相应的Dolly车上，按需求时间送至生产线指定工位投入，Dolly车在线随对应生产车辆同步行进，配料车内零件全部装配完毕后，在指定工位撤出。
SPS零件原则
1.除标准件、本地供应商排序直送零件和特殊大件外的零件。
2.标准件线旁集中投放，CJLR车间自取。
3.SPS零件原则上按单车用量配载上线。
